Alessandro, the one with long hair and one of the owner (the other one is also called Alessandro), is truly nice and very helpful indeed. He did his upmost to help us finding our way to several sites, including airport etc...Of course, the proximity of the city centre is also a major plus. We recommend this spot!!

Owners were very very nice and helpful. The location was awesome. We were able to park our car on a nearby street. The decor was pleasing.
The shower tile seemed to have a lot of mold / mildew in grout. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and backed up. I learned that the hotel was only opened 6 months. I am not sure if the construction / plumbing was done by an amateur. I would recommend they make these repairs because the problems would get worse over time.

Plus, I had to beg for hot water, and my luggage? I had to drag it all over cobblestones w/out any storage! Really expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Nice hotel, close to city centre, very good staff
Although I asked them for a nice room (as we vere on honeymoon there), they gave us a small room without a window. Be sure to ask them for a room with a window!

Room cleanliness missed the mark-dust was noticeable, and the bed sheets weren't changed . Additional issues included inadequate hot water for back-to-back showers and no luggage storage, forcing us to lug our bags to a storage facility and pay extra fees that added to the frustration.

Unbeatable location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a rectangular square. Variety of fresh food at breakfast time.
Not so helpful staff!

The staff is simply great!!! Both Alessandros do whatever it takes to make you feel confortable and pleased. AAA+++++. I love the location of hotel, right between Trastevere and Campo de Fiori. The room is elegant, confortable and with appropriate size. Make no mistake. Maison Giulia is the perfect hotel to stay in Rome.

great location but cleanliness could improve
The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The service was really good. The contact was friendly and quick to respond, offering helpful local tips and arranging our airport taxi with ease. I particularly enjoyed the cozy decor of our room, lending a charming vibe to our stay.
